Preston Brown is the owner of Prestige Therapy and Wellness, LLC and Prestige Fitness WI, LLC. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Physical Therapy Degree and went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at Temple University. In 2017, Preston received his Certification as a Board Certified Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association for Geriatric Physical Therapy.
Preston has over 10 years of practical experience as a physical therapist working with individuals on a one-on-one basis, providing individualized care. Preston is also an online fitness coach focused on helping individuals attain goals in weight loss, strength training, flexibility, and fall prevention. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, watching/playing sports, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Savannah Gutach
Physical Therapist
Savannah graduated from Marquette University with my B.S. in Exercise Physiology and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Savannah has always enjoyed working with older adults, because she believes that anyone can be healthy and active, at any age. When Savannah is not working, she likes to go for hikes with her husband and dog, Cash. Someday, Savannah would like to be able to go for a hike in every national park!

Derek is a licensed traveling physical therapist in the state of WI/MN with extensive clinical experience in inpatient, SNF and Home Health settings. As a Physical Therapist and member of the healthcare community I believe in doing all that is necessary to provide my patients with the best possible therapy. I believe in incorporating all aspects of the patient's life into a well-rounded, goal-oriented, progressive plan of care.
Abby McGuire

Abby is a certified physical therapist working in the field with over 30 years of experience. Abby graduated from Marquette University and has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and for the last 23 years providing service in-home care. Abby particularly likes to focus on higher-level balance and strengthening programs. She enjoys volleyball, tennis, and watching the Green Bay Packers!

Jane graduated from Mount Mary University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. She began her career as an OT working with adults and children with developmental disabilities in a long-term residential facility. She transitioned to a skilled nursing and subacute rehab setting where she also served as therapy department director. Jane began working in home health in 2000 and in this setting has found her true calling. She enjoys using her 40+ years of experience guiding her patients through the rehabilitative process and using her creativity to solve their individual challenges in order to help them achieve their personal goals. In her free time, Jane enjoys spending time with her family, including several new grandchildren. She loves staying active, particularly outdoors, and participates in hiking, canoeing, and gardening.
Shelby Otto graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a Master of Occupational Therapy degree. She is LSVT BIG® certified and is excited to use this knowledge to help individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions address balance, walking, and other ADLs (activities of daily living). Shelby is passionate about aging in place and empowering individuals to achieve the goals that are important to them, in the setting they are most comfortable in their home. She has had previous experience working in the skilled nursing facility setting and as a caregiver in an assisted living facility. In her free time, Shelby enjoys working out, crafting, and walking the shoreline of Lake Michigan in search of beach glass treasures. Shelby is so excited to be a part of the Prestige family!
Erin graduated with her master's in occupational therapy from Concordia University. For over 10 years, Erin has practiced within a home health setting and particularly enjoys working with older adults to assist in helping people remain in their homes and striving to remain independent.

Tasha has been practicing as an occupational therapist for over 14 years. Tasha graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. degree in Family Social Science and attended Mount Mary College to attain her M.S. degree in occupational therapy. Tasha brings an array of experience working in various clinical settings, including mental health settings, skilled nursing, and in-home therapy setting. Tasha has an abundance of experience working with older adults with multiple disabilities. Tasha enjoys helping others to achieve their goals and keep safe in the comfort of their homes.
Wendy walked into the environment of senior care in 2007 after a previous career in the non-profit sector. Wendy enjoys working with seniors on a daily basis. Wendy enjoys listening to older adults tell stories of good times, bad times and everything courageous in between. Outside of work Wendy enjoys the peacefulness of rural country life surrounded by her husband, the furry felines, a flock of chickens and the beautiful bevy of peafowl.
